Random Encounters: With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility

Yeah yeah, we heard the sales pitch over and over again even before the movie is produced.  And it best describes what I'm in to now.  My first official day in my new career.  Well, it doesn't mean that I'll be leaving all what I'm doing now.  I believe being on a department of Arts is really my destiny... I suppose.  But this new task given to me is not a joke.  And I will admit it that I'm a little bit scared.  I have no degree on management or business administration, I can't hardly know where to start. 

But I think I can do it.   I just need help.  I want to learn.

This is my gift.  This is my curse.  Who I am?
