This past few weeks, I'm kinda in a transition period wherein I'm trying to change most of my habits. Naging masasakitin ako at madalas akong bagsak sa trabaho at madaling mastress. So nag-self evaluation ako at ito ang mga binago ko.
Change of Route. My usual Route when going home starts from Discovery Center, passing through Podium and St. Francis Square and finally a long walk from SM Mega Mall Bldg. A to B. This Route took me almost 20-30 minutes walk from office to the transportation that will bring me home that will take another 1 - 2 hours of travel time. Dahil dito maraming oras na nasasayang at ginagabi na ako ng uwi. So binago ko yung ruta ko. Sa halip na maglalakad ako from Discovery to Mega B, sasakay na lang ako ng FX na dadaan ng Julia Vargaz sa tapat ng Podium at baba sa Mega B. With this route, it will only take me 10 minutes travel time from Discovery to Mega B. Yes gumastos ako ng P10 for pamasahe pero di ako napagod at nakasave pa ako ng oras. Is that value enough.
Sleep Pattern Realignment. Nagkasakit ako nang isang linggo last 2 weeks ago and I've decided to do the realignment on those days. I forced myself to sleep at night by drinking sleeping pills. I've done this for two days and in the third day, kusa na akong inaantok pagpatak ng alas-7 ng gabi.
No Overtime. At least for now. I really need to regain my momentum by having enough rest. So maaga akong umuuwi at maaga akong natutulog. Maaga rin akong nagigising the next day so that maaga ulit akong makakauwi. This is not permanent. Kailngan ko lang talagang makasigurong ok na yung sleep pattern ko.
Less Blog. Regular readers of my blog may notice that most of my recent blogs are short and some of them are only one liners. That is because inaantok na ako sa gabi. Kaya di na ako makapag-blog. Kahit Entertainment Blog ko, di ko na naa-update. Ngayon nga, 5 post ang nilagay ko and it took me 3 hours to complete them.
Less Sad Songs. A new friend told me that sad songs can put your aura down in work. She even told me to delete them completely. Hahaha. Well, I didn't delete them pero di na ako nagpapatugtog ng senti. More rock and lively songs na lang pinapatugtog ko. And she is right, mas buhay na buhay ako ngayon.
No L-word in Everything. In blogs, chat, messenger status, friendster bulletin board name it. Wala munang usapang tungkol sa L-word. At 3 weeks na nga yatang walang usapan tungkol sa L-word na yan. Good!!!
With all of this changes, kahit papaano napabuti ang buhay ko. Successful akong naisagawa ang mga pagbabago. But this is not the end. Because may tendency ang tao na bumalik sa dating gawi. Iyon, ang iiwasan ko.
Because I don't wanna be called a failure.
