Random Encounters : Toothache Dilemma

I'm still here awake in the middle of the night because of toothache.  Actually, I'm not worried me not having a good sleep since I used almost the whole day of Saturday and half of Sunday just sleeping.  What I'm worried about is this toothache not leaving me when the sun rises.  I have so many things to do in the office and I'm worried that I can't work and concentrate on what will I do.

So far umampat na ang sakit.  Nakakita ako ng paracetamol at Aspirin sa medicine box at tag-dalawa agad ang nilunok ko.  Siguro yun na ang tumalab.  But I think I still need this tooth to be extracted.  I can't hardly eat with them without getting hurt.  I seldom eat sweets now especially those who are concentrated because the moment it touches the tooth, it feels like it was being pulled from the gums.

Balik muna ako sa kama and tingnan ko kung makakatulog pa ako.
